ByMood supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have known medical conditions, or are taking medication.

2. Use of Products

You agree to use our products strictly as directed. Misuse, abuse, or modification of the product may result in health risks, for which ByMood assumes no responsibility. By purchasing, you acknowledge that use of any supplement product is solely at your own risk.


3. Monthly Subscription Program

ByMood offers an optional monthly subscription service for recurring deliveries. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method every 30 days until you cancel.

  • Transparent Enrollment: Our subscription terms are clearly stated before checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are enrolling in a recurring subscription.

  • Reminder & Cancelation: You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@bymoodco.com before your next billing date.

  • No Refunds on Processed Orders: Subscription orders that have already been billed or shipped are final and non-refundable.


4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Fraudulent chargebacks severely harm small businesses. If you initiate a chargeback for a subscription or product you agreed to purchase, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide transaction proof, product delivery, and subscription terms to your bank or payment processor.

  • Deny future purchases from your account or IP address.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for complete details. Opened or used supplement products are generally non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. We may, at our discretion, offer store credit for select returns.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on bymoodco.com including text, images, logos, videos, and trademarks are owned or licensed by ByMood. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByMood and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or misuse of our products or services.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We are offering a mobile messaging program , which you
agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting
in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to
these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your
agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding,
individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution"
section below. This Agreement is limited to the program and is not
intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that
may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.


The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by
affirmatively opting into the program, such as through online or
application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method
you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement
applies to your participation in the program. By participating in the
program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing
mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and
you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from
Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer,
the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or
all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone
dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer").


If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no
longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile
text message from Us in order to opt out of the program. You may
receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to
opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the
only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that
attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting
one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted
for as a reasonable means of opting out.


You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent
is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile
messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically
based on your interaction with us.
