By subscribing to ByMood™, you agree to the following subscription terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

🔁 How It Works

When you purchase a subscription from ByMood, you are enrolling in a recurring membership that delivers our product to you every 30 days. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis for the product(s) you selected.

💳 Billing Terms

  • You will be billed automatically every 30 days for your subscription until canceled.

  • The subscription charge will be for the amount shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping if any.

  • Charges are processed using the payment method you provide during your initial purchase.

  • You will receive an email notification before each billing cycle so you're aware of the upcoming charge.

❌ Refunds & Returns

  • All subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for shipped subscription orders.

  • If you have questions about a specific order, email us at support@bymoodco.com.

🔓 Cancelation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@bymoodco.com or logging into your customer account (if applicable).

  • Cancelations must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

  • Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is non-refundable, but future charges will be stopped upon cancelation.
